Beat Saber x BludFest 2026 Giveaway Simple Drawing ("Drawing") Official Rules ("Rules")



No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and no other financial obligation is involved before or after participation. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void in Restricted Jurisdictions (defined below) and where prohibited by law.

This is a closed Drawing open only to individuals that are served or sent a Drawing communication or advertisement (collectively, "Drawing Communication") from Meta (defined below) and otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set forth below.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE RULES FOR THIS DRAWING, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, CAREFULLY BEFORE TAKING ANY STEPS TO PARTICIPATE. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO META (AS DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.


SPONSOR INFO

If you participate as a resident of, or from within, the United States, the sponsoring entity of the Drawing is Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025. For all other participants, the sponsoring entity is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Either or both Meta entities will be referred to as "Meta."

To the extent the Drawing-related communications and these Rules are provided by Meta solely in English, Meta will have no liability for any issues related to translation of those materials by browsers, apps, or any other mechanism, and the English version of all materials will govern.


OVERVIEW

The Drawing begins at 04:00 PM CEST (Central European Summer Time) on 17 Jun 2026 and ends at 04:00 PM CEST (Central European Summer Time) on 19 Jun 2026 ("Drawing Period"). After the Drawing Period, the potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing as more fully described below and will be subject to verification before being confirmed to receive a prize.


ELIGIBILITY

The Drawing is open only to individuals who: (1) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority under applicable law in their jurisdiction of primary residence as of the start of the Drawing Period; (2) are the intended viewer or recipient of a Drawing Communication from or on behalf of Meta during the Drawing Period; and (3) are not the target of any trade sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S., EU, United Nations, or UK and are not acting on behalf of anyone that is the target of such trade sanctions (each, a "Participant").

You are not eligible to participate if you reside in (i) a jurisdiction where applicable law prohibits participating in or receiving a prize in the Drawing; (ii) a country or jurisdiction that is the target of U.S., EU, United Nations, or UK comprehensive trade sanctions (e.g. Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, and Syria, as such list may be amended); or (iii) Venezuela, China, Hong Kong, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Brazil, Italy, Indonesia, Argentina, Colombia, Denmark, or the province of Quebec (Canada) (each a, "Restricted Jurisdiction").

If you are participating on behalf of an organization or your employer, the organization/employer must not be legally formed or headquartered in a Restricted Jurisdiction. By participating as part of an organization or on behalf of your employer, you agree that: (1) these Rules are binding on you, individually, and your employer/organization; (2) you are acting within the scope of your employment or agency; (3) you warrant that you have authority to do so; (4) your employer/organization has full knowledge of your actions and has consented to them; and (5) your actions do not violate your employer's or organization's policies or procedures.

Employees, personnel, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Meta or its parent or subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, distributors, legal counsel, prize providers, drawing administrators, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment or marketing agencies (collectively the "Released Parties") and members of their immediate families (defined for these purposes as including any spouse, domestic partner, parents, step-parents, legal guardian, legal ward, children, step-children, grandparent, grandchild, siblings and step-siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such individuals (whether or not related), are not eligible.


HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Drawing during the Drawing Period, eligible participants must Follow the Beat Saber account on Instagram or TikTok + comment answering "Who would you bring to BludFest with you?" If entry requires posting to a social platform, your post must include the hashtag "#Meta_Drawing" in the beginning of your post copy. By completing all required steps during the Drawing Period in accordance with these Rules and Meta's instructions, an eligible Participant will receive one (1) entry into this Drawing.

By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transmission of your submitted personal data by Meta and its affiliated companies for the purposes of conducting this Drawing, including analyzing any related feedback or results related to surveys or other substantive content provided by you. The personal data collected is subject to applicable data protection laws and Meta's Privacy Policy.


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

If Participants are required to submit any content in connection with their Drawing entry ("Participant Content"), Participant Content must meet all of the requirements in these Rules, including the following, or the associated entry will be disqualified:

  • All aspects of the Participant Content must be originally created by and solely owned by you (or be in the public domain), or be used pursuant to a valid license.
  • Participant Content must not be created using any artificial intelligence or other machine learning tools unless specifically permitted by Meta.
  • Participant Content must not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any rights of any third party.
  • Participant Content must not include information or content that is false, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, disparaging, unlawfully harassing, threatening, profane, obscene, pornographic, hateful, indecent, inappropriate, or injurious.
  • Participant Content must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.
  • Participant Content must not suggest, depict, or describe any inappropriate, unlawful, or dangerous behavior.


LIMITATIONS

One (1) entry per person/email address/Meta platform account. Meta's clock will be the official timekeeper for entry into this Drawing. Attempts made by an individual to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Rules by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Purported entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, unintelligible, faulty, failed, garbled, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void.


WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION

The potential winner(s) of the prize(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, subject to verification. The drawing will be held within approximately one (1) week after the end of the Drawing Period. Prizes fulfilled via email will be sent to the email address provided during entry. Prize(s) will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks following winner verification.

Potential winners may be required to complete, execute, and return an affidavit or declaration confirming eligibility, a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law), tax documents and related prize-acceptance documents within the time frame specified. If any prize, prize notification, or Drawing-related communication is rejected, faulty, or undeliverable; or if winner or potential winner fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Meta is not obligated to pursue more than three (3) alternate winners for any prize for any reason.


PRIZES, ODDS & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")

15 winner(s), subject to verification, will receive a prize, which consists solely of 30 general admission tickets to BludFest 2026 (2 tickets per winner, 15 winners) valued at USD 103.00. Prizes are subject to any applicable terms and conditions set forth by prize issuer and/or manufacturer. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Drawing: USD 3,350.00.

All prize details not specifically stated in these Rules will be determined by Meta in its sole discretion. All taxes (federal, state, and local), as well as any expenses not specified in these Rules as being provided as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winner(s) is/are strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of a prize, except with Meta's permission. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Meta's sole discretion.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION ARE NOT INCLUDED. WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING AND PAYING FOR THEIR OWN TRAVEL TO AND ANY ACCOMMODATIONS NEEDED TO ATTEND BLUDFEST 2026.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Rules limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify any statutory consumer guarantee or any implied condition or warranty, the exclusion of which from these Rules would contravene any statute or cause any part of these rules to be void ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees, each Participant agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the Drawing.


GENERAL RULES

Meta's decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Drawing, including interpretation of these Rules, determination of any winner, and awarding of any prize. All Participants, as a condition of entry in this Drawing, agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Meta. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification from this Drawing.


DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Drawing, each Participant agrees that any and all disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Drawing and these Rules will be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, USA, and if that is not possible, then the laws of the United Kingdom.
